Circuit Provisioner Telecom - Remote

Overview

The Circuit Provisioner is responsible for managing the order process for high-end Telecom services, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of issues.

In Short

• Manage the order process including validation and documentation.
• Provision orders to provide Telecom services to customers.
• Coordinate with Carriers for service delivery and escalations.
• Track delivery milestones and manage order issues.
• Update Project Coordinators daily on order status.
• Issue orders for various bandwidth types to multiple Carriers.
• Participate in weekly conference calls with Carriers.
• Function as the first contact for provisioning issues.
• Work collaboratively with Carrier Project Managers.
• Ensure successful service installations and activations.

Requirements

• Understanding of telecommunications services (POTS, T1, PRI, VoIP, SIP).
• Hands-on skills in business applications (Microsoft Office).
• Flexibility to work off hours if required.
• Collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
