Overview

The Telecom MACD Provisioner is responsible for processing orders and requests for installation, disconnection, or changes for AireSpring services, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient order management.

In Short

• Process assigned orders/requests for AireSpring services.
• Review workload status and update order logs.
• Interact with customers and other departments via phone and email.
• Use various systems to submit and follow up on orders.

Requirements

• Ability to navigate multiple systems using a PC or laptop.
