In Short

• Serve as the main communication point between the company and their major clients in the Telecom sector.
• Extract, interpret, and report on project data from CRM systems.
• Track overall project progress and ensure timely delivery within agreed scope and quality.
• Coordinate with internal leaders to align on tasks, priorities, and resource needs.
• Deliver accurate and actionable forecasts based on CRM data and project insights.
• Identify potential delays or issues and proactively recommend solutions.
• Ensure accurate backup and tracking of all sales in internal systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management and project management within the telecom or FTTH industry.
• Strong understanding of telecom infrastructure, workflows, and delivery models.
• Strong data handling and analytical skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate project updates and performance metrics.
• Highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to client site.
• Native German and fluent English skills; Norwegian is a plus.
