As an early Sales hire at Agora, you will work directly with the CEO to engage crypto protocols needing governance solutions, understanding their needs and closing deals.

Identify and engage potential customers in the crypto space.
Understand customer needs and explain how Agora products can meet those needs.
Workshop with customers to identify governance needs.
Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights.
Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
Help shape a scalable sales process from the ground up.
Focus on outbound efforts to achieve sales targets.
Expected to close $25K-$50K deals by the end of the first month.
Work closely with the CEO on sales strategies.
Engage with leading crypto protocols like Optimism and Uniswap.
Requirements
4+ years in a client-facing tech sales role.
B2B Sales experience with SMBs or Mid-Market companies.
Experience closing six-figure deals.
Ability to navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
Self-starter with a proven track record in sales.
