Overview

As an early Sales hire at Agora, you will work directly with the CEO to engage crypto protocols needing governance solutions, understanding their needs and closing deals.

In Short

  • Identify and engage potential customers in the crypto space.
  • Understand customer needs and explain how Agora products can meet those needs.
  • Workshop with customers to identify governance needs.
  • Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer insights.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Help shape a scalable sales process from the ground up.
  • Focus on outbound efforts to achieve sales targets.
  • Expected to close $25K-$50K deals by the end of the first month.
  • Work closely with the CEO on sales strategies.
  • Engage with leading crypto protocols like Optimism and Uniswap.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in a client-facing tech sales role.
  • B2B Sales experience with SMBs or Mid-Market companies.
  • Experience closing six-figure deals.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record in sales.
