Overview

The Strategic Account Manager at Agoda will be the primary contact for accommodation partners, focusing on nurturing relationships and driving mutual growth through strategic advice and innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development/account management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in internet/e-commerce preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a proactive work ethic.
  • Proven success in maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Native level Japanese and intermediate English skills.
