Overview

The POS Implementation Specialist performs onsite installation and training services for Agilysys software and hardware products, working closely with project teams and clients to ensure effective implementation and training.

In Short

  • Perform onsite installation and training for Agilysys products.
  • Manage project tasks and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Travel approximately 90% of the time across the US and internationally.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions.
  • Gather requirements and configure systems for efficiency.
  • Coordinate with client teams to enhance implementation services.
  • Develop project documentation for customer support.
  • Ensure all project tasks and milestones are communicated.
  • Provide end-user assistance during operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Available to travel 90% of the time.
  • 2-3 years of experience with onsite installation of POS products.
  • 2-3 years of experience with onsite training of POS products.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience in preparing training materials and conducting sessions.
  • Strong technical skills in software, networks, and cloud technology.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
