Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 7 - 10 years experience in business development or capture.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes and government contracting.
  • Ability to build relationships and drive opportunities independently.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred.
