We're seeking a Senior Manager for our Customer Success Department, to help lead a highly motivated team of Customer Success Managers. You'll join a supportive, tight-knit, and highly committed team that is passionate about helping customers reach their business goals, and passionate about growing our product.

In Short

• Oversee a team of Customer Success Managers
• Drive initiatives to meet MRR targets
• Review team’s customer interactions and performance
• Identify opportunities for innovation within the department
• Implement strategies for high-touch and scalable engagements
• Collaborate across departments for a unified customer success approach
• Support team members in handling escalations and renewals

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a leadership role in Customer Success
• Experience with revenue activities for retention and expansion
• Experience in designing and executing Customer Success strategies
• Data-driven approach to understand customer segments
• Experience with both digital and high-touch customer engagements
• Utilized a CRM, preferably Hubspot
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing channels

Benefits

• Base salary ranges from $100,200 to $150,300 CAD
• Compensation determined by market data, skills, and experience
• Additional variable compensation discussed during the interview
