Overview

The Strategic Client Success Partner at AffirmedRx is responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement in pharmacy benefit management.

In Short

  • Develop and implement clinical program strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align initiatives with client needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver client presentations and reports on program performance.
  • Participate in client webinars and training sessions.
  • Manage client contractual requirements and guarantees.
  • Communicate drug information and respond to inquiries.
  • Support implementation of new clients and plans.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, PharmD or Clinical related required.
  • At least five years of relevant client management experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to balance multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (20%-40%).
