Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, 2+ years in management.
• Experience leading teams in infrastructure or developer productivity.
• Strong technical background in backend/infrastructure systems.
• Experience with cloud-native systems (AWS, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Track record of operating high-reliability services.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfort balancing trade-offs in development processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
