  • Assist in ongoing training and skill development.
  • Identify trends for improvement in service and products.
  • Participate in new product incubation and ad-hoc projects.
  • Manage schedules and email channels for productivity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.
  • Document creation for meetings and procedures.
  • Support operations on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of customer interaction experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work independently.
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong follow-through and ability to manage priorities.
  • Familiarity with Mac (iOS) and Google Workspace is a plus.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs.
