Overview

Varsity Tutors for Schools (VT4S) is seeking a Customer Success (CS) Operations Associate to drive our CS organization's operational excellence and scalability for 3 months. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on process optimization, data analytics, and technology enablement to improve customer success outcomes.

In Short

  • Oversee CS tooling, automation, and analytics for operational excellence.
  • Partner with CS leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Administer and optimize CS platforms like Gainsight, HubSpot, and Zendesk.
  • Develop and maintain CS dashboards and reports.
  • Implement customer segmentation models for engagement strategies.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual work.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align customer engagement strategies.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations or related roles.
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
  • Competitive salary as a contractor and a remote position.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles in SaaS or EdTech.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
  • Strong data analysis skills to interpret trends and provide insights.
  • Experience in workflow automation and process optimization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
