Customer Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Associate to join our team on a hybrid contract basis. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage customer order exceptions, optimize processes, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

In Short

• Identify and resolve customer order exceptions related to pricing, credit, inventory, and transportation.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to uncover opportunities for improving service levels.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for process improvements.
• Participate in customer and broker meetings to address issues and present updates.
• Monitor and manage carryover and deduction balances.
• Support assigned projects and tasks for operational excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supply chain or customer operations role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
