In Short

• Lead the creation of high-quality, persuasive responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Design engaging sales and customer success content that addresses merchant needs.
• Uphold high standards for merchant-facing content and analyze performance data.
• Advocate for merchants by understanding their challenges and pain points.
• Collaborate with Product, PMM, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in revenue merchant-facing roles.
• Experience in leading and writing responses to RFPs and RFIs.
• Ability to craft persuasive narratives for a B2B audience.
• Preferred experience in the payments or fintech industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience with RFP software is a bonus.
