Overview

The Affinity Group is seeking an Account Executive to make their mark in our Springfield, Missouri market. This position is responsible to spearhead market growth and showcase our clients' market-leading products through planning, execution, and results.

In Short

  • Responsible for market growth and showcasing clients' products.
  • Support sales growth for assigned clients.
  • Influence merchandisers and buyers at the distribution level.
  • Prospecting, lead generation, and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Creativity and passion for food are key.
  • Work independently with a local office base and remote options.
  • Exceptional sales presentations with a consultative approach.
  • Daily motor vehicle travel to assigned locations required.
  • 3-5 years of foodservice sales or operation experience preferred.
  • Medical and dental insurance plans offered.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of foodservice sales or foodservice operation experience.
  • Clear communication skills and strong listening abilities.
  • Passion for food and creativity in menu combinations.
  • Self-motivation and initiative-taking approach.
  • Savvy time management skills.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a bonus.
