Manager, Data Analytics – Medicare Advantage Stars - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Star Rating Data & Analytics will oversee activities in support of Star Rating data management including Star Rating generation, oversight of the vendor, collaboration with IT teams, and Star Analytics support. This position is responsible to plan, organize, direct, control, and lead the assigned business unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Seven years of experience in a related environment.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Proficient with databases like Databricks, MS SQL, etc.
• Proficient in data programming languages such as Python, SAS, and SQL.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and CMS Star Ratings.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Leadership ability and team-building skills required.
