Overview

The primary focus of this role is to support Star Ratings projection modeling and analytics for Medicare Advantage. The Data Analyst will work with large datasets to generate insights, perform ad-hoc analyses, and assist in monitoring key performance indicators related to CMS Star Ratings.

  • Monitors CMS regulations and incorporates policy updates.

  • Communicates project results effectively.
  • Recommends and assists with standard policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Analyst experience required with proven operational analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, VBA, SQL, SAS, and Python.
  • Experience with Tableau or PowerBi is preferred.
  • Healthcare industry experience, particularly with Medicare Advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and contribute to process improvement projects.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and write reports.
  • Ability to administer corporate policies and procedures.
