Overview

The Managing Director will oversee the creation and management of a new construction specialty line division, focusing on the development and implementation of new commercial General Liability, Auto, and Excess lines of business.

Requirements

• Ten years of relevant experience required.
• Five years of leadership experience with profit and growth responsibilities.
• Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in commercial underwriting and product development.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Strong budget preparation and financial management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
