Overview

As the Manager of Dual Entry, you will collaborate with various teams to implement client requirements, ensuring successful onboarding and enhancing client satisfaction.

In Short

  • Collaborate with plan sponsor implementation teams.
  • Analyze client requirements and develop implementation plans.
  • Serve as the main contact for issue resolution.
  • Integrate client onboarding processes.

  • Coach a team of Dual Entry Analysts.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Utilize MS Office suite for presentations and documentation.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years leadership experience.
  • 3 to 5 years project management experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of stakeholder management experience.
  • Prior experience with self-funded health insurance plans.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite applications.
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Adept at execution and delivery skills.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
