Overview

As a Registered Nurse Case Manager at CVS Health, you will work remotely to assess, plan, implement, and coordinate case management activities to enhance the wellness of members.

Requirements

• Active RN license in state of residence.
• 3+ years acute hospital experience.
• 1+ years Microsoft Office experience.
• Willingness to travel for clinical audits.
• Preferred: case management or home health experience.
• Preferred: Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification.
• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
