Overview

CVS Health is seeking a dedicated Case Manager Registered Nurse to advocate for members' healthcare needs and coordinate comprehensive case management activities.

In Short

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of members’ needs.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 3-5 years of clinical practice experience.
• 2-3 years of case management experience.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Willingness to travel within a designated area.
• BSN preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other systems.
