Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% within Hudson County.
• Completion of NJ Choice Certification.
• Experience in case management or discharge planning preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and multi-system navigation.
• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Background in managed care, Medicaid/Medicare, or LTSS preferred.
