Requirements

• Knowledge of industry standard message formats (HL/7, X12, FHIR, XML).
• Full life-cycle application development experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, COBOL, TCL, CCL, Perl).
• Experience with Unix operating systems and communication protocols.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical terms in non-technical language.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
