Registrar Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Registrar Advisor is responsible for counseling students regarding University policies and procedures related to enrollment, records and registration, grades, USMLE registration and processing, graduation and providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.

In Short

• Responsible for counseling students on enrollment and registration.
• Processes a high volume of student information through Banner and RightNow CRM.
• Performs degree audits and communicates with students regarding their status.
• Grades Medical Clinical evaluations and posts grades in Banner.
• Processes reinstatement applications and communicates decisions to students.
• Participates in enrollment reporting and analyzes data.
• Calculates and tracks Veterinary student GPAs and class ranks.
• Completes other projects and duties as assigned.
• Requires strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must have strong customer service skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience Required.
• Higher education experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Knowledge of student information systems, preferably Banner.
