Field Experience Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Field Experience Operations Coordinator will focus on coordinating student field experience progress and development, working closely with various teams to support students in their field experience across counseling programs.

In Short

• Serve as the main point of contact for students regarding field experience matters.
• Coordinate operations and academic review of field experience applications.
• Assist graduate students with field experience requirements.
• Establish affiliation agreements with field sites.
• Track and maintain field experience resources and student files.
• Develop communications to students, faculty, and site supervisors.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Participate in projects to improve service levels and student satisfaction.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited university required.
• 2+ years of post-MSW practice experience required.
• Experience with student support in a university setting preferred.
• Experience in academic counseling and advising preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to diversity and social change goals.
• Ability to work with non-traditional students.
• Ability to coordinate administrative aspects of field experience.
• Ability to address student questions and concerns.
