Overview

An exciting opportunity for an experienced international development Program Manager to join ASI’s dynamic Asia Pacific portfolio, responsible for managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs.

In Short

• Manage implementation of DFAT/other donor funded programs.
• Ensure programs are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain financial oversight and reporting.
• Build and develop strong client relationships.
• Support planning, reporting, and risk management.
• Contribute to business development and bid preparation.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in international development or related field.
• Demonstrated program management experience in international development.
• Proven experience with DFAT-funded programs.
• Experience managing program budgets and financial forecasting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multicultural teams.
• Understanding of local context and political economy.
• Knowledge of risk management and safeguarding practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in diverse environments.
