VetWelding is a young, innovative medical technology startup based in Zurich. We develop and distribute groundbreaking products for veterinary medicine, aiming to make animal surgery safer, more efficient, and modern worldwide. Our solutions are gaining international interest – we are now looking for you to help us manage existing clients and explore new markets.

In Short

• Build and manage our international key accounts and distributors (veterinary clinics, distribution partners, KOLs).
• Develop and implement market entry strategies.
• Plan, organize, and conduct training events in collaboration with our KOLs.
• Participate in international trade fairs and congresses.
• Work closely with product development and management.
• Maintain CRM data, reporting, and continuous market observation.
• Process sales orders.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and high customer orientation.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a hands-on mentality.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 30-40%).
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Technical understanding and initial experience in medical technology, human or veterinary medicine.
• Independent, structured working style.
• Sympathetic, convincing appearance and intercultural competence.
