Overview

We are looking for a passionate and determined developer with expertise in healthcare buildings to lead our development in this sector internationally.

In Short

• Establish a roadmap targeting markets in Europe, Francophone Africa, and the Middle East.
• Create synergy with local partners and our local entities.
• Participate in and coordinate responses to tenders.
• Build project teams leveraging our resources in France or within our subsidiaries.
• Ensure project initiation and contractual follow-up.
• Work on large-scale projects while coordinating a team of highly qualified professionals.
• Explore opportunities in public equipment, corporate buildings, and airports.
• Located in Rueil-Malmaison, close to public transport.
• Secure bike storage available for employees.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare building design or biomedical equipment specification.

Requirements

• Engineering or Architecture degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare building design.
• Experience with projects in the Middle East is a plus.
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
