In Short

• Deliver analyses that support business performance reporting and financial forecasts.
• Collaborate across the business to connect key data sources.
• Build and maintain key financial metrics and reports.
• Support the development of the annual budget and interim forecasts.
• Perform detailed analysis of month-end variances.
• Collaborate with the accounting team for month-end close.
• Assist in the preparation of materials for board meetings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis.
• Highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in a startup environment, particularly in SaaS.
• Experience with financial planning and accounting software.
• Experience with CRMs and data tools (e.g., Salesforce, Looker).
