Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or sourcing with a focus on sales or GTM roles.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Reliable team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills using various tools and platforms.
• Working knowledge of Greenhouse or similar ATS is an asset.
• Deep understanding of sales profiles.
• Ability to assess sales talent effectively.
• Curiosity and a desire for continuous learning.
• Data-driven mindset for strategy pivoting.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
