Overview

The Payroll Sales Trainer role focuses on developing and delivering training programs for the Sales Function, aimed at enhancing sales effectiveness and skills among team members.

In Short

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through metrics.
  • Assist in broader talent development initiatives within the Sales Function.

  • Understand merchant statements and pricing initiatives.
  • Work with diverse audiences to deliver effective training.
  • Possess knowledge of B2B and B2C payroll environments.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus for creating training materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Payroll or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or sales training.
  • Knowledge of payroll industry and sales processes.
  • Proven success in sales roles.
  • Intermediate analytical skills to support company goals.
  • Ability to apply and coach sales skills effectively.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to follow standard practices.
  • Experience with training delivery methods (classroom, e-learning).
  • Ability to tailor training programs based on customer needs.
