Overview

The Billing Solutions Product team drives Heartland’s Bill Pay product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap while working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for our customers.

In Short

• Become a subject matter expert on the Bill Pay product.
• Take ownership of the product roadmap and contribute to overall product strategy.
• Write high-quality product briefs, epics, and stories.
• Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders.
• Responsible for the full product life-cycle.
• Understand the problems and needs of stakeholders.
• Work in an Agile environment.
• Liaise with Operational and IT teams.
• Create documentation to support new features.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Four years of product or project development experience.
• Excellent product or project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on execution.
• Experience in writing product documentation and managing backlogs.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner preferred.
• Experience with Agile software products.
• Experience creating/maintaining product documentation.
