Overview

As an Account Executive, you will identify and develop relationships with businesses and organizations that would benefit from and utilize our temporary staffing services.

In Short

  • Research and identify prospective clients through various methods.
  • Proactive high volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
  • Manage job order process in partnership with internal staffing consultants.
  • Serve as the client's first point-of-contact during the job order process.
  • Engage in client entertaining activities to build relationships.
  • Collaborate with recruiting team to find the best potential employees.
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in client interactions.
  • Negotiate and implement deals with clients.
  • Hold yourself accountable to goals and build your book of business.
  • Represent Activate Talent well in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or business development.
