Overview

The Logistics & 3PL Operations Manager will oversee the supply chain for diapers and packaging, ensuring efficient operations from manufacturing to distribution.

In Short

  • Manage daily interactions with U.S. and LATAM third-party logistics providers.
  • Lead new node launches with zero operational downtime.
  • Arrange and monitor ocean, air, and LTL/parcel shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs.
  • Manage EDI flows and routing guides for major retail partners.
  • Provide daily inventory reports and identify stockouts.
  • Collaborate with finance for accurate margin reporting.
  • Optimize 3PL performance and manage storage fee reconciliations.
  • Coordinate factory documentation for shipments.
  • Negotiate shipping rates and manage freight contracts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of customs compliance and import regulations.
  • Experience with EDI systems and retail operations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with WMS and ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in the consumer goods sector is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment.
