Manager of Logistics & Operations - Remote

Overview

Starface is seeking a Manager of Logistics & Operations to support the execution of our Operations strategy and ensure the various operations systems are optimized to support the department activity.

In Short

• Manage outbound logistics from distribution centers to customers.
• Optimize order fulfillment across ecommerce and B2B channels.
• Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure service level agreements are achieved.
• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement SOPs and training materials.
• Analyze operational scenarios to optimize performance.
• Monitor and address system errors impacting operations.
• Travel for physical inventory counts and team offsites.
• Support and lead department projects as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics.
• Strong 3PL warehouse management experience.
• Understanding of production planning and inventory control.
• Familiarity with warehouse management and ERP systems.
• Data-driven with quantitative skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for projects.
