Manager, Quality Assurance & Regulatory - Remote

Overview

Starface is seeking a Manager, Quality Assurance & Regulatory to support our global quality systems, product integrity, and regulatory compliance as we continue to expand our portfolio and elevate our consumer experience.

In Short

• Lead product testing programs for new product launches.
• Establish and maintain AQL standards.
• Review and approve COAs and test reports.
• Support packaging development and engineering.
• Manage supplier quality programs and audits.
• Lead non-conformance investigations and CAPA activities.
• Oversee complaints intake and trending.
• Maintain up-to-date product registrations.
• Support ingredient and label reviews for compliance.
• Provide training on regulatory changes.

Requirements

• BS in a scientific field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in quality assurance or regulatory roles.
• Strong experience in technical packaging validation.
• Experience with QMS systems.
• Experience with product testing and supplier quality.
• Non-conformance investigations and CAPA experience.
• Experience with ERPs (Netsuite preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable guidance.
