Overview

The UK Logistics Operations Manager will lead logistics activities including inbound/outbound operations, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation, ensuring cost-effective execution and improved customer satisfaction.

• Lead all logistics related activities for DS Smith.

Requirements

• Degree level or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in Logistics management, ideally in FMCG.
• In-depth understanding of logistics operations in the UK.
• Experience managing 3PL/4PL providers.
• Familiarity with ERP, TMS, and WMS systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
