You’ll act as the trusted partner for clients, driving measurable results through data-driven strategies, testing, and performance optimization.

In Short

  • Be the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of CRO initiatives.
  • Conduct data analysis, A/B testing, and funnel performance reviews to uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Build and execute tailored CRO strategies that align with each client’s unique goals.
  • Present insights, reports, and recommendations in a clear, actionable way to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to bring CRO strategies to life.
  • Strengthen relationships with agency partners and ensure measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (agency, SaaS, or client-side).
  • Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, or VWO.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear strategies and next steps.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and balancing competing priorities.
  • A mix of strategic consulting mindset and hands-on execution skills.
