Overview

The Customer Success Manager at Actabl is responsible for planning and implementing outbound sales strategies, collaborating with clients and internal departments, and managing the onboarding process for new accounts.

In Short

  • Collaborates with marketing to build customer references.
  • Monitors and reports on key metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Troubleshoots minor issues and forwards larger problems to the appropriate party.
  • Documents details of all calls and customer interactions.
  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts to foster long-term business relationships.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Delivers a proactive customer engagement strategy to drive renewals and product adoption.
  • Utilizes the Customer Success Platform to monitor customer KPIs.
  • Acts as an escalation point to drive resolution on customer issues.
  • Identifies at-risk renewals and delivers on customer remediation plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; G-Suite preferred.
  • Expertise in SalesForce, ChurnZero, TeamSupport preferred.
  • Willingness to travel based on customer needs.
  • Hospitality industry experience preferred.
