Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing actionable insights through data analysis and ensuring robust data governance across all data owned by RevOps.

In Short

• Provide actionable insights through data analysis.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue leadership.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Analyze Sales & Marketing data to identify trends.
• Monitor key performance indicators.
• Work on data quality management and governance policies.
• Provide training and support on data governance policies.
• Act as a liaison between RevOps and other departments.
• Support and enforce data security protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Sisense).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Capacity to collaborate with team members.
