Overview

As an entry-level Software Support Engineer, you will provide foundational technical support to customers, assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues, and learn about the implementation and use of our software solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Background in a technical support role.
• Basic understanding of C# and SQL concepts.
