The Technical Support Engineer I is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues for Transact's client base, ensuring excellent customer service and effective problem resolution.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to learn new technologies.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Feedback acceptance and self-improvement capability.
  • POS experience is a plus.
