In Short

• Work with product managers, agile product owners, architects, tech leads, and engineers to ensure product quality.
• Participate in technical discussions for products and test infrastructure.
• Execute quality best practices, tools, and methodologies.
• Identify areas for improved testing efficiencies and automation.
• Evaluate test automation strategies for improvements.
• Write test case code using languages like Ruby, PHP, Java, and Go.
• Build and maintain test frameworks for performance and integration tests.
• Work in an agile model to develop automated test cases.
• Implement QA processes from requirements analysis to execution.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in QA automation including functional, system, and integration testing.
• Experience in developing test automation for backend applications.
• Knowledge of backend API automation and necessary tools/frameworks.
• Understanding of database concepts and OOPs.
• Familiarity with various test types including client/server and black-box testing.
• Strong test design and automation skills.
• 1-3 years programming experience in web languages (Go, PHP, Ruby, Java).
• Experience with command line tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins, and Travis.
• LAMP stack experience.
