Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Revenue Manager to join our team at the prestigious Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective revenue strategies to drive profitability and maximize occupancy across our hotel.

In Short

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies for Fairmont Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten.
  • Optimize rate management and availability across all distribution channels.
  • Ensure optimal room occupancy and revenue maximization throughout all departments (360 Revenue Management).
  • Prepare and analyze forecasting data.
  • Analyze new sales channels and monitor current RevPAR performance.
  • Conduct regular competitive and market analyses to inform strategy.
  • Maintain reservation systems and manage relationships with all relevant OTAs.
  • Prepare and lead regular revenue meetings to align departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to create the annual budget.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Event teams to achieve an optimal market mix.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in reservations, revenue, and/or yield management in the luxury hotel segment.
  • Previous experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
