Requirements

• Willingness to work on 24/7 shifts (12 hours day and night shifts in rotation).
• A technical background with basic database knowledge.
• Experience in using ticketing systems.
• Good comprehension of E-commerce processes.
• Very good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to recognize problems and gather information to solve them.
• Strong analytical approach and reasoning skills.
• Proactivity, involvement, and teamwork are valued.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good English skills (B2+), both written and spoken.
