The Director of Platform & Infrastructure will lead a team of engineers and manage the infrastructure roadmap to ensure the smooth operation and growth of the company's platform.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale web infrastructures.
• Strong background in Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails and Django.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, and Chef.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical decision-making skills using data and metrics.
