Overview

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join a rapidly growing ad operations team for one of our clients, managing programmatic private marketplace advertising deals globally.

In Short

  • Manage the setup and execution of programmatic advertising deals.
  • Ensure proper pacing and performance throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Handle all in-flight and post-campaign reporting needs.
  • Engage with clients and account managers effectively.
  • Monitor campaigns daily and identify issues requiring follow-up.
  • Adhere to internal methodologies and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and manage campaigns.
  • Recommend improvements for deal information flow.
  • Work in a flexible shift schedule based on business needs.
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English and French (B2 level required).
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, advertising, marketing, or business (preferred).
  • Experience in ad operations or campaign management (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility in working shifts.
  • Knowledge of the programmatic landscape (preferred).
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
