Overview

The Incident Management Officer acts as the single commander to work with our Customer Service and Support engineers and our customers to coordinate complex reactive support to resolution and provide insights into operational health opportunities for a set portfolio of accounts.

In Short

  • Act as a customer advocate for reactive support issues.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Support engineers.
  • Monitor and manage reactive cases.
  • Handle high-risk escalations and ensure clear communication.
  • Support problem identification and resolution.
  • Establish a customer-centric approach.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00.
  • Based in Bucharest or Brasov.
  • One-year employment contract with potential for extension.

Requirements

  • Upper-intermediate German and English (preferably B2-C1).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Understanding of reactive case lifecycle.
