Senior Compliance Manager: CIB Infrastructure/Support Areas - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer to join our CIB Governance, Risk and Control team. This role is pivotal in supporting the development, implementation, and oversight of compliance policies and control procedures across the CIB Infrastructure portfolios.

• Develop and implement a robust compliance programme.
• Provide proactive and responsive advisory support on compliance matters.

Requirements

• A relevant postgraduate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a compliance advisory role.
• Strong background in developing compliance policies.
• Experience in banking and investment product compliance.
• Ability to manage regulatory and industry relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of prudential regulation and market conduct.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations.
