The Consultant Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption role is focused on providing specialist compliance expertise and advice, ensuring adherence to anti-bribery and anti-corruption regulations, and enhancing the firm's compliance program.

In Short

• Provide specialist advice on anti-bribery and anti-corruption compliance.
• Ensure policies and standards are effective and auditable.
• Collaborate with third-party teams for alignment on compliance standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and due diligence for high-risk expenditures.
• Deliver training and raise awareness on compliance issues.
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and emerging risks.
• Engage with stakeholders for compliance and regulatory advice.
• Support periodic reviews of internal controls related to ABC compliance.
• Manage new regulatory requirements and provide impact analyses.

Requirements

• Legal or Governance, Risk Management, Investigations, or Compliance qualifications.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operational risk or compliance.
• Background in banking is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
